So close yet so far . . .

Sitting with friends on an outing. Barely 5 minutes after sitting down and looking around appreciating the beauty around us, out comes the gadgets. 

Texting, chatting and answering and making calls. 

Sounds familiar?????

Well that is what we have been reduced to by our attachments to our phones.

We wake up in the middle of the night and first thing we reach for is check for Twitter update, chats and then back to sleep

We wake up in the mornings and it takes great training not to pick up our phones.

As we start our day, it’s a huge effort not to look at our phones every 5 minutes.

The day ends and we are struggling to get food and we still remember to check our missed calls, chat updates, Facebook update, Twitter, WhatsApp chats and 

Wait a minute, I am also guilty of the offence. I am here with friends and hey I am telling me ” get off the phone”.
